Extended Laboratory
Extended investigations and works in progress
The most compelling questions cannot be resolved in a single blog post. They require time, iteration, and the freedom to think aloud. This is our extended laboratory: a space where investigations gradually find their form, where intuitions crystallize into arguments, and where working papers coexist with finished monographs.
Here live the texts that need room to breathe. Those that explore more deeply the territories we merely touch upon in the main blog: the ontology of the artificial, the genealogies of algorithmic governance, the tensions between human autonomy and machine decision-making. Some are works in progress, others await revision, all seek to better understand this historical moment when machines not only calculate, but also decide.
This repository is:
- An archive of ongoing research and completed works
- A space for exploring ideas that demand deeper development
- An invitation to scholarly dialogue and sustained reflection
- A laboratory where precision coexists with rigorous speculation
Each text housed here participates in the same fundamental question that runs through Adelaide Studio: how do we inhabit a world where the boundary between human and artificial is constantly being redrawn? The answers, if any exist, emerge only through the patient work of thought.
Welcome to the laboratory where ideas find their time.
